I had a roof repair last summer that leaked again within a couple of months. It took some effort, but I got them back over to look at it. They claimed it was just some leaves and other debris, which I felt to be incorrect. I have called to get them to come back and been told again and again by John Robertson they would come before end of the week. I have been told this since February.

Our aging 31 year old roof was sorely in need of replacement. Scheduling an estimate was quick & easy. A free comprehensive written estimate was thoroughly & patiently explained. A time frame was given for the replacement and they were able to get to us a lot sooner. They came early in the morning after we had left for work and were completely done by the time we returned home from work. The roof looks great. The yard was spotless. The bill came two days later and we couldn't be more happy. I heartily recommend them.

I am extremely pleased by the work by Joe Roberson & Son Roofing in finishing my hail damaged roof couple of months ago.
Joe Roberson & Son Roofing deserves my appreciation for professionalism, timely response, honesty, fine workmanship, care they apply when on the job. My roof and gutters looks very good. and I have no complaints after so much rain, cold and snow storms. Here are some noticeable things.
At least three neighbors said that they saw the crew very careful and professional in manner.
At least two commented that my roof looks whole lot better than theirs repaired by others.
The company has appropriate equipment for collecting the old material without loss or squatter.
They cleaned up nicely after the work which I could not say by few others because I had to collect some blew over trash in my yard.
The job was finished on time slightly early.
The explanation of material type and performance was truly credible. All estimates were met properly.
John Roberson, the supervisor and Chad Tankersley, the Gutter specialist were prompt and courteous. Any minor problems were immediately corrected.
They were very Safe while on the roof, my observation. I saw few others elsewhere, who were too casual and careless.
I feel that they deserve my appreciation and also State-Farm's because they served well your customer that is me.
